This policy explains how MIREGA processes personal data collected through this website and how you can exercise your rights. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect and why?
Enquiries and quotation requests
When you contact us through the form on the Contact page, we process the information you provide: first name, last name, company or institute, email address and your message. The form also asks you to complete a captcha, which is used only to filter automated submissions.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess your requirements, prepare quotations and manage related correspondence.
None of the fields is technically mandatory, but we need an email address to be able to reply to you. If you leave it out, or if the information you give is not sufficient to identify what you are asking about, we will not be able to answer.
Legal basis: for requests made in preparation for a contract with you, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into that contract. Other business enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers and business contacts.
Newsletters and stock alerts
If you subscribe, we use your email address to send the product updates or stock alerts you requested.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Access to inventory information
The stock table on the Inventory Levels page is displayed after you enter an email address. We process that address to manage your access to the table.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form to open the table.
Access to the inventory table does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or stock alerts. These require a separate subscription.
Audience measurement
This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and the source that brought you here. These measurements are read in aggregate; we do not use them to build individual profiles and we do not run advertising cookies.
Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. Measurement cookies are set only after you accept them.
Website operation and security
Our server logs contain technical information such as IP addresses, access times, requested pages and browser information.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website, diagnosing technical issues, preventing misuse and maintaining a reliable and secure service.
Who can access your data?
Your data is accessible to authorised MIREGA personnel who need it for the purposes described above. The following service providers also process data on our behalf or receive technical data when a page is displayed:
- OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — hosting of this website, of its database and of the Mautic instance below, on servers located in France.
- Mautic — the software that receives the contact and subscription forms and stores the resulting contacts. It runs on a MIREGA server at
mailing.mirega.fr, hosted by OVH, and not on a third-party platform. - Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for the audience measurement described above.
- CookieYes — the consent management service that displays the cookie banner and records your choice.
- Google Fonts — on the Inventory Levels page only, a stylesheet supplied with the content-unlock feature loads a typeface from Google servers, which receive your IP address when that page is displayed. All other pages of this website load their typefaces from MIREGA’s own server.
Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
International transfers
The website, its database and the Mautic instance that holds form submissions are hosted in France. Data you send through the forms is not transferred outside the European Union.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and the loading of a typeface from Google Fonts may involve a transfer of technical data, including your IP address, to Google LLC in the United States. Google relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. The CookieYes consent service may likewise process data outside the European Union under the safeguards its provider publishes.

Where correspondence becomes part of a customer relationship, relevant records may be retained separately to meet contractual and legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable legal conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, email contact@mirega.com. We normally respond within one month. If an extension is permitted because of the complexity or number of requests, we will inform you within that month and explain why.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with another competent supervisory authority.

We update this policy when our data-processing practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
Note about this preproduction site. The consent banner is served only on the registered production domain, so on testsite.mirega.fr it does not appear and the audience-measurement cookies described above are set without a consent step. This applies to the preproduction site only and this note will be removed when the site goes live.
